By accessing or using the website at coachellainsulation.com, requesting an estimate, or engaging Coachella Insulation to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Coachella Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, blown-in insulation, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work. Services are performed at customer-provided locations in the Coachella Valley and surrounding service area in CA. All services are subject to an on-site assessment before work is scheduled.
Written estimates provided by Coachella Insulation are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions observed during the on-site visit. If conditions differ materially from what was assessed - for example, if hidden damage or additional work is discovered once a project begins - we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work outside the original estimate.
Verbal quotes, rough ranges provided by phone or email before a site visit, and any estimates from third-party aggregator websites do not constitute binding commitments from Coachella Insulation. Only a signed written proposal constitutes a binding agreement.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your time slot to other customers. Repeated cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a scheduling deposit being required before future work is booked.
You are responsible for ensuring access to the work area on the scheduled date. If our crew arrives and cannot access the property or work area, this may be treated as a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before leaving.
Payment terms are outlined in your written proposal. In most cases, a deposit is required to secure your scheduled date, with the remaining balance due upon completion of work. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice.
Payment is due upon project completion unless a different schedule has been agreed to in writing. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 60 days, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes where required.
You are responsible for preparing the work area as instructed prior to our scheduled arrival. This may include clearing stored items from attic access points, securing pets, and making sure utilities are accessible. Failure to prepare the area may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling.
For spray foam and similar projects, you are responsible for ensuring that you, your household members, and pets vacate the property during and after installation for the period specified by our crew. Coachella Insulation is not liable for health effects resulting from failure to follow occupancy guidelines provided at the time of service.
Coachella Insulation warrants that all labor and installation work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within 1 year of the completion date, we will return to assess and correct it at no charge, provided the defect is not caused by subsequent alterations, customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our control.
Material warranties - such as manufacturer warranties on insulation products - are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer. We will provide documentation for any applicable product warranties at project completion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachella Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific service project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Coachella Insulationmakes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on this website. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific energy savings, cost reductions, or performance outcomes - individual results vary based on home conditions, usage patterns, and other factors outside our control.
We want to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a dispute related to our services, please contact us first at info@coachellainsulation.com so we have the opportunity to address it directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal proceedings that proceed to court will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
